  • Beyond helping you choose the perfect location, I pull all the strings to bring your elopement to life. I organize permits, brief your officiant, book all of your vendors, and navigate logistics. You won’t have to lift a finger or make a phone call.

  • You’ll receive a detailed timeline to follow on your elopement day (or not, if that kind of thing gives you anxiety) and I’ll be there every step of the way to make sure things are running smoothly. I’ll even have a back up plan ready in case the weather doesn’t cooperate.

  • With a camera (or two) in hand throughout it all, I’ll make sure every blissful moment of your adventure is captured to share with friends and family and look back on for years to come.

All packages include:

  • This is perfect for couples wanting a slower paced day celebrating their love in an easier to access location. Think rainforest waterfalls, lakeside sunsets, or secret viewpoints at the ski resort.

  • A light lunch or appetizer spread (hello charcuterie board) for 4 (you and your spouse along with your two witnesses) will be served after your ceremony. I’ll make sure it’s full of only your favourites.

  • Every couple and elopement is different. You get to choose 3 items from the list below to complete your day.

$5200 The Main Event:

  • This is ideal for couples wanting to spend their entire day out in nature. We can mountain bike in the alpine, paddle the Columbia, ski tour in Rogers Pass, or sled on Frisby Ridge. Truly, the sky is the limit.

  • A day full of adventure requires a lot of fuel! A hearty and delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included for you and your witnesses.

  • Every couple and elopement is different. You get to choose 4 items from the list below to complete your day.

$7400 All Day Adventure:

  • Truly a once in a lifetime experience! We will travel by helicopter to your ceremony location with remarkable views. There will be time to take share your vows, become legally married, and take lots of photographs.

  • Every couple and elopement is different. You get to choose 2 items from the list below to complete your day.

$5400 Helicopter Elopement:

  • This is ideal for couples wanting to celebrate their love with a simple ceremony in a beautiful location. You can choose from a selection of options along with a timeline that best suits you.

Enhancement Items:

  • This includes a bouquet and boutonniere and simple decorations at your ceremony site like an archway or seating.

  • Choose two silver wedding bands from Kat Cadegan Jewellery, made right here in Revelstoke.

  • Bridal hair and make-up to have you feeling extra spectacular on your elopement day.

  • Start or finish your elopement with a relaxing couples massage by Apres Adventure Massage and Wellness at your accommodation.

  • Want to get your nails done or a hot towel shave in preparation for your elopement? We’ll put together the perfect spa experience just for you.

  • Depending on your accommodation or venue, Selkirk Saunas can bring a mobile sauna for you to enjoy.

  • Including a mountain guide is mandatory for any technical activities. This includes hiking off trail, rock climbing or mountaineering, and travelling in avalanche terrain.

  • Let’s get your photos off your screen and onto paper. We’ll work together to design archival quality artwork or an album to enjoy for generations.

  • A standard hotel room for two in Revelstoke or a less traditional accommodation like campsites or a backcountry hut.

  • A night in luxury at a private cabin or condo.

  • At a standout local restaurant for the day before, of, or after your elopement.

  • Public shuttle for 2 from Kelowna International Airport to Revelstoke and return.

Add-On Options:

  • Want to add a helicopter flight with a photo location to another package? The cost is $2000 for the two of you.

  • Have a guest or two who would like to join you in the heli? They can be added for $300 per person.

  • Document your adventure in a short film by adding a videographer for $500 + $300/hr of coverage.

  • You can include additional enhancement items for $500 each.
